Abstract:The Tuscan regional government has created a Neutral Access Point for Internet Service Providers (ISP) to promote the development of the Tuscan network for local government agencies. The ISP that intend to offer connectivity services to these agencies must be accredited and consent to quality control monitoring. This technical report describes the implementation and user interfaces of the monitoring system of Tuscany Internet eXchange (TIX) accredited ISP.
