The Internet Society (ISOC) is a nonprofit organisation founded in 1992 to provide leadership in Internet related standards, education and policy.
CNUCE CNR was among the founders of the Internet Society (ISOC) in 1992. From then on CNR participated in ISOC as Executive Member.
Società Internet - ISOC Italia è la delegazione nazionale (chapter) di Internet Society e agisce principalmente in ambito nazionale con l'obiettivo di diffondere la cultura di Internet e di promuovere lo sviluppo della tecnologia che la sostiene.
