Recently developed products such as Apple iPhone and Nintendo Wii gained wide popularity by proposing novel interaction modes, resulting in an increased interest in Human Computer Interaction research.
Starting from a sensor glove created by Interdepartmental Research Center "E. Piaggio" (University of Pisa) and enhancing it with additional sensors, this thesis has the objective to build a prototype of a new interaction device, and to develop an application to show its possible uses in the video game field.
